Hi I'm Logan

I live in Arizona (go SunDevils!), I'm a student and I coach the sport I love, gymnastics, to young girls. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I was born to member parents in a small town in Utah and lived there until I was ten. My mother was always very faithful in the church and took me and my sisters to church each week on her own, but we didn't have a temple sealing in place with my father. After my parents divorced, I moved to Arizona, my mom's birthplace, with my three sisters and my mom. In June of 2008, my mom remarried. Exactly one year later, my two younger sisters and I were sealed to my mom and my stepdad in the Mesa Arizona Temple surrounded by friends and family. It was the best day of my life so far! From the time I was 8, I've lived a life dedicated to gymnastics. Through this sport I've learned hard work, dedication, overcoming fear (mentally and physically), and how to work together as a team while focusing on my own development as well. After developing an over-use injury in my lower back I decided to call it quits because I was more worried about my body falling apart at such a young age and was tired of the constant recognition of pain. It was a hard decision but I know I made the right one. Now I am happier than ever. I coach gymnastics at a pre-team/developmental level. I love the girls I teach and feel blessed to be a possitive influence in their lives. I live at home and go to school. I love my family and enjoy helping my sisters with whatever they need. I love to watch sports, especially football. I also love my bestfriend and I love to share the gospel!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon simply because I know the church is true. I came to know this through careful study of the Book of Mormon, listening to our Latter-Day Prophet, and then praying to know if the things I was being told were true. Well....they are! I know anyone reading this doesn't want to trust a stranger. So, go ahead, read for yourself and faithfully pray to our Heavenly Father. He will answer you in a unique way that only he knows is best for you. I also know the church is true because of the countless blessings I've received, undeniably from the Lord, by following the teachings of the Lord and striving to be like his Son, Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by "standing as a witness of God at all times, in all things, and in all places"- as stated in the Young Women's Theme. To me, this means following the teachings of the Lord and

What is the Mormon lifestyle like? How do Mormons live?

Logan
I think people think Mormons are supposed to be different. I dont think we are different at all. I know I'm not. I relate to people of all walks of life and have friends from 8 to 52 years old. For me, my lifestyle is all about pleasing Heavenlly Father. I know that if I am kind to his children he will be happy with me. Show more Show less
