Hi I'm Eric

I'm an Engineer. I'm in the Air Force. I speak Portuguese. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an Engineer in the US Air Force. I like to stay active by running, working out, playing basketball, etc. I love cars, working on them, talking about them and dreaming of owning more. I am a dad of three kids with a great wife.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My parents raised me to follow the gospel. I continue to follow the gospel of Jesus Christ because I know the blessings it bring to me and my family. Trying to maintain my life in harmony with the teachings of Jesus is not easy on a day to day basis. But I receive a confirmation from the Holy Spirit each time I strive to do my beast and repent when I come up short. For me, these little reminders of God's love for me helps me to continue doing those things I know will bring me closer to my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I frequently am asked to help in the organization of caring for the congregation. I visit members of the congregation and help others make sure that people are taken care of. I have also taught the youth, mostly the 12-18 year old boys. I am active in Scouting, which the Mormon church supports.
