Hi I'm Adam Steven Walter

I'm 21 years old. I play the bass trombone and tuba. I am extremely passionate about music and arts. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been playing bass trombone in orchestras, jazz bands, and wind symphonies for 8 years. I was a member of the Utah High School All-State Orchestra for three years, and a member of the Crescent Super Band for two years. There is nothing I enjoy more than playing my trombone. I also enjoy just hanging out with my friends and doing various activities with them. I come from a very large combined family and am number four of ten kids.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. But that's not enough to know whether a church is true or not. So one day I decided that I needed to know for myself if it was true. I studied to Book of Mormon and asked our Heavenly Father if it was true. I received an answer after much personal study, prayers, searching and pondering. Everything that I learned all pointed to one conclusion: the church is true! Ever since that day I've never had any doubt in my mind about this church. It brings great peace and joy to my life to know that I have a living Father in Heaven and Savior who know me by name and care about me. I also have a strong testimony, or knowledge, about eternal families. I know that we all can live with our families forever after this life when we return to live with our Heavenly Father. My knowledge of the truthfulness of this church has been solidified as I've served a full-time mission for the church, preaching the gospel in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As I've shared with others the things that I have learned, it has helped me to confirm all of the feelings that I have had about this church. I know for a fact that this church is true.

How I live my faith

I want others to know my beliefs by the way that I live my life. Though I have played in many musical groups, I never play for paid performances on Sundays and I still always make time for various church activities. I am proud to be a Mormon and want to share this great message with everyone.
