Hi I'm Bruce

I enjoy the great outdoors in Idaho. I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, yes, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from BYU in Chemical Engineering, have lived in Utah, California, New Jersey, South Korea, and in Idaho for some 35 years. My wife and I have 9 children and 36 grandchildren. We enjoy backpacking in the high mountain country of the West, and I like to fish and do some hunting. I love to garden and do some traveling.

Why I am a Mormon

The Church (LDS) is our life because through it we can gain eternal life. The principles of the gospel are basic and simple as found in the Bible. The Book of Mormon confirms these truths along with modern revelation through a living prophet. By living these principles and laws we bring happiness into our life and hope for the eternities. Knowing the truth of these principles is the greatest blessing one can have. I testify that you too can know of the truth of these principles and the joy and happiness that comes from living them.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be a good neighbor, serving others, and strengthening our family. I have been involved in Scouting for many years, as a Scout Master, Venturing Leader, and serving in District and Council leadership positions. We are also involved in organizing patriotic events in our neighborhood and for our City.
