Hi I'm Tim

I started my life as an Oregonian, living in Portland, then moving to Washington state. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy fixing things, that is why I got a job fixing airplanes. I enjoy hiking and camping. I try to take my family hiking and camping often. I even have time to work with local BoyScout troops. The pacific northwest is beautiful.

Why I am a Mormon

People ask if I am a convert to the church. And I always say that I am. I was raised in the church, however, I am not one to take other peoples word without testing the word. When I was 17 years old, I was searching for truth that I could absolutely say, "I know for myself". I would not take others word. I prayed. I read the Bible. I read the Book of Mormon. I felt the Spirit of God touch my heart and talk to my soul. It was then that I was converted to live a life Jesus would want me to live. I am a Mormon, because I know for myself that He wants me to become like Him.

How I live my faith

The Lord has blessed me with many skills. You can often find me working with Boyscouts, helping someone move furniture, helping repair fences, helping cut firewood, helping friends do plumbing. I believe God sent his Son to serve us, and so I use my hands to serve others.
