Hi I'm Mike

Grew up in So. California, Love my wife and 3 beautiful daughters

About Me

Love to surf, skateboard and snowboard... the ocean is my favorite place to be. In the ocean or on the sand its my little slice of heaven... love to be outside and active. I enjoy woodworking and using my hands to create. I do a little in drawing and painting now and then but just for fun. I have a wonderful wife who has helped me become the person I am today. We share many of the same hobbies yet are vary different people. Our 3 daughters keep us on our toes teaching us new things everyday. We love them very much.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents joined the church after they were newly married. They were great example to me of what a true disciple of Christ is. They taught me about Jesus Christ and what he did for me. It was not until I left on my mission that I began to truly understand my relation ship with my Heavenly Father and how much the Savior Jesus Christ loved me. Once I knew this it was easy to share the gospel with all those I came in contact with. The Book Of Mormon also became an important part of my testimony of the church. As I read, pondered and prayed about the words within, I felt the reassurance of my Heavenly Father that its word were true and that the teaching from those prophets would help govern my life and allow me to be happy here as well as the life here after.

How I live my faith

I have served in many positions within our church. Each has taught me many things as well as drawn me closer to the savior through that service. Recently I found how much of a sense of humor our Heavenly Father has when I was called to be the bishop of our ward. I am grateful to serve and appreciate the patience of the ward members and the support they give me.
