Hi I'm Heather

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Im a stay at home mom of 4 beautiful kids and wife of an amazing husband. I enjoy spending time with my family, working out, reading, shopping:) and anything adventurous. When needing a moment for myself or as a stress reliever in my life I turn to running. Running is a huge passion of mine and helps me clear my head and be a better mom. I have a huge love for fashion and home decorating. I always have a project cooking up in my head at all times. I have been a member of the church my whole life and have my amazing parents to thank for that wonderful blessing.

Why I am a Mormon

People often think that because I was born into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints that I did not earn my testimony on my own. I assure them that I earned it fair and square. Growing up a member of the church is not always easy. I as many teenagers do felt the need to learn some lessons the hard way. While some lessons in life are harder than others, I am grateful for the lessons I learned along the way. They shaped me into the woman I am today and built my testimony of the blessings that come when you live your life according to the gospal. I am grateful for the opportunity to be sealed in the temple with my huband for time and all eternity. I am so blessed to say it is not till "death do us part" but forever eternal. I am grateful for the family we have built together and the blessings I recieve daily being a mom. I thank my Heavenly Father everyday for the gift of raising my family in the gospal. The sweet spirit that is in our home warms my heart and the priesthood that my husband carries blesses us continually. I know the church is true with every ounce of my heart. I have felt the assurance from my Heavenly Father and have seen it in the eyes of my children. I cannot thank my Heavenly Father enough for these blessings in my life. When I hear the song, "We thank thee, O God for a Prophet", my heart swells to hear the line..."for those who reject this glad message shall never such happiness know."

How I live my faith

I have had the opportunity to serve in many callings in the church. I have spent many years in primary and had the blessing of being the primary president for a few years. I love serving the children. Their testimonies are so strong and pure. They helped to build my testimony through teaching them the gospal. My husband and I are currently serving as sunday school teachers for highschool aged youth. We have really enjoyed getting to serve together and have gained a strong love for these young adults.
