Hi I'm Carrie

I am a wife and a mother. I love to travel, run, eat, and shop. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Southern CA, and then attended BYU where I studied Business and Marketing. After graduating, I moved back to CA where I met my handsome husband. We have two little boys and I am lucky to stay at home to raise them. Our family loves to travel and we are always planning our next big trip. I enjoy running, eating, cooking and trying new recipes, and of course shopping.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in a Mormon family and so the gospel of Jesus Christ has always been a way of life for me. At a very young age I desired to gain a testimony for myself and I remember studying the scriptures and praying to know of the truth. The answer that came to me was a calm reassurance that I had known all along. As I faced trials and challenges during my high school and college years, I remember turning to my Savior and feeling his comfort and the healing power of his atonement when I made mistakes. These experiences became anchors for my testimony. I cannot imagine my life today without the knowledge of the gospel and of Jesus Christ. It gives me strength, comfort, and guidance on a daily basis.

How I live my faith

It is important for me to live the gospel because I know that my children will learn by my example. I have been given the great blessing of being their mother and it is my responsibility to teach them to be honest, faithful, and charitable. I have enjoyed serving in the church in many ways including teaching the young Primary children, working with the Cub scouts, and most recently teaching the and planning activities for the youth in our church.
