Hi I'm Jared

I love my family, I love being with friends and those I love, I'm a student, I'm a sports fan, and I love my life as a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints. I was 1st in the South Carolina Columbia Mission, waiting for my visa to go to the Argentina, Córdoba mission. I have a strong testimony of this church and a desire to share it with others. I feel blessed in my life to be able to share it with the people of South Carolina and Argentina in the Spanish language. I know in my heart that this is the true work of the Lord and this is exactly what Christ would be doing if he was here on the earth to day and that is bringing souls unto Him. I love my Savior and I'm blessed to be able to represent Him on this earth. I have three sisters one older and two younger who I love and adore to death. I have grown up playing sports and being really involved with that but one of my most favorite things is spending time with the people I love.

Why I am a Mormon

I've found that when I live my life the way Jesus Christ wants me to live it, I'm happier, and when i don't live how Jesus Christ wants me to live, I can really feel a negative difference that doesn't make me happy. I have seen The Lord's hand work in my life and all it dose is make me so thankful for all that I have, knowing all that I have, came from The Lord, and as fast as he gave it all to me, he can take it all away from me. As I read The Bible or The Book of Mormon, I can feel the spirit of The Lord touch me, and confirm unto me that these words are true. Prayer has also built my faith in The Lord because I know I can turn to Him in my time of need, and He will be right there to help me and push me along the strait and narrow path. Most importantly I have seen and felt the love my Savior Jesus Christ has for me, and i know he atoned for my sins, and I owe him everything, and that's why I'm a Mormon

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to live up to a high standard of living. If someone were to recognize me as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints, and see me not hold up to the church's standards, I wouldn't be representing the name of Christ very well, because it is His church. I also do my best to serve and do my best in what ever calling or position I hold in the church. The Lord has blessed me with so much, and the least I could do to give back to the Lord is to serve His sons and daughters with all I have.
