Hi I'm Jeff Peifer

I am a husband, father, dentist, sports fan and a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband to the best wife in the world. We love each other and especially love our two children. I am a dentist and I love my profession. I knew I wanted to become a dentist since I was 6 years old. There is almost no better feeling than to be helping patients take care of the oral health. I love work and I also love coming home and spending time with my family. We love to watch sporting events together, especially football and baseball. I love to Swim, see movies, listen to all types of music, and do odd jobs around the house. I lived in the Bahia, Brazil as a missionary and still speak Portuguese pretty well. Since there is not much use for it in the United States, I try to improve on my Spanish with every opportunity I get.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in a Mormon family and went to church every week. We had early morning scripture study and family prayer every day growing up. These experiences allowed me to develop my own testimony of the gospel. My testimony was strengthened immensely while serving a mission in Brazil and seeing the change it made in people's lives to know of their purpose in this mortal life. I have stayed true to my beliefs and try to raise my children in a similar situation.

How I live my faith

We recently moved back to Arizona from Southern California. In Southern California, i had the great opportunity of serving as an executive secretary to our Bishop. Before that I was serving in the Elder's Quorum presidency. I currently teach the 15-18 year old youth about concepts taught in the New Testament by Jesus Christ and his Apostles. I love learning about the life of the Savior as I prepare and share these important teachings. I also try to volunteer as often as I am able in Community Health Clinics and with the Boy Scouts.
