Hi I'm Dennis Price

I have lived all over the USA. Ut, Ca, Pa, Tx, and for 10 years now SC. I'm an entrepreneur and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Foremost I am a Husband and Father of 7 children, a grandfather of 16 and counting. I pride myself on loving and living with one woman all my married life. I have started businesses, sold them and currently own a Home Inspection Business and maintain a Builders license. Currently I remodel and renovate homes including historical homes. I have been known to pick up and chase a storm. Usually hurricanes. I would play golf 4 - 5 days a week if time permitted. My education was diverse studying criminology in Ca. SF bay area, Accounting and computer science in Pa. Philly. My office in in my truck along with my tools, knowledge, and experience. I love people and get along well with everyone because they can tell that I like them. Feel free to contact me at inrecondennis@gmail.com.

Why I am a Mormon

I have studied diverse religious beliefs. I have conversed with people of all faiths and will continue to do so. I have never found a religion beyond the LDS church that accepts all the teachings of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have often told my friends of other religious backgrounds that when they find a religion that teaches more than the following: (1)Accepts Jesus Christ as a separate individual of the Godhead, (2) teaches principles and ordinances as Christ did while upon the Earth, (3) has the same Priesthood that Christ bestowed upon the original twelve apostles, (4) has a living prophet and (5) Organizes Temples in a way that seals and binds on earth as it will be in heaven, then I will entertain a change. I always ask that if the Spirit of the Holy Ghost were to witness the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon to them, would they join the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. To me that differentiates an argumentative individual from a truth seeker. I will always defer to the Holy Spirit over some one who speaks louder than I do.

How I live my faith

All my life I have attended church weekly. I believe in participating in Sacrament and renewing my baptismal covenants on a weekly basis. I believe in the 10 commandments. Some how in my short live of 57 years, the Holy Sabbath day has gone from The Holy sabbath day, to Sunday, to the weekend. I have witnessed a deterioration of the Family where divorce has gone from rare to common, infidelity is the norm and illegitimacy is how most children come into the world. Accountability before God is not a belief among most people share in common with me. Most churches are losing their youth. The commandments have become suggestions and pastors are entertaining such wild ideas as having a Super Bowl party for their youth so they can retain them. A religion that does call for sacrifice, restraint, temperance, and belief in fundamental truths will not retain their youth or their members. I know that the resurrected Lord Jesus Christ will come again to the earth and reign personally during the millennium. I teach my children and grandchildren these principles. I work with the youth in the Boy Scouts of America because this group teaches character to young men. I have three sons who are Eagle scouts and my youngest son is on his way. I participate in community organizations like the Chamber of commerce, BNI, and I support all people who have beliefs in their own values and teachings. I am unafraid to discuss my views with others be they ministers, teachers, community leaders etc. I am a constitutionalist who believes firmly that the founding fathers of the United States of America were inspired and this the American nation will always be protected if we turn to God.
