Hi I'm Madison Keel

I love different cultures and meeting new people. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving in the Canada, Winnipeg mission. I enjoy video editing, reading and watching movies!

Why I am a Mormon

I've been in the Mormon church all my life, but until I was 12 years old I didn't really have a full understanding of what I could get out of the gospel. I decided that I would try to learn more about the teachings and to pay closer attention to the lessons. I'm so glad that I did. I started to pray a lot more often for guidance and help through my school year. Even though high school and college was difficult I was able to stay positive through the teachings of the gospel. I was able to feel comfort knowing Christ was always by my side and that I would have the Spirit to help me.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving in the 18 month Winnipeg, Canada mission! Everyday it is my job to go out and help teach people what the church is all about. My days revolve around Christ and the teachings of his gospel taught through the prophets of the bible, Book of Mormon and modern prophets and apostles today.

Why don’t Mormons drink coffee, tea, or alcohol? What is the Mormon Church’s law of health and proper diet?

Madison Keel
In our church we have something called The Word of Wisdom. It is a rule or guideline to help keep our bodies healthy and keep things away from harmful substances. Our body should be treated with respect and should not take anything that is harmful or addicting to it ,such as coffee, alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, black and orange tea etc. Heavenly Father (God) has promised us spiritual and physical blessings to those who keep this law.
