Hi I'm Kari

I'm just a simple girl. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm not a perfect girl. My hair doesn't always stay in place. I spill a lot of things and I'm pretty clumsy. But, when I think about the meaning of life and how truly beautiful the world can be I realize how perfectly imperfect I am. :)

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because It makes me sincerely happy. Sundays are my favorite day of the week and soaking up every drop of gospel doctrine gives me strength. Like everyone, I struggle with some things in life and I have found that growing closer to my Heavenly Father is the ONLY way to overcome my trials. The church is my sure foundation that I try to build my self on everyday. I know that Jesus Christ smiles down on us when we make the right choices and I feel his spirit when I know I'm doing my best.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being the best example I can be for my younger siblings. I enjoy attending church every sunday and meeting the loving people of the ward. I do my best at reading my scriptures daily and molding myself into the kind of person God wants me to be. I live my faith by choosing the right when no one is watching me.

What blessings can you receive from reading the Book of Mormon, the Bible, and other scriptures?

Kari
I have realized in my life how important it is to live in my scriptures. I enjoy reading because of the sweet spirit I can feel while studying the words of Christ. I am blessed by the desire to be a better person for myself but more importantly for my Heavenly Father. Though the words can be hard to understand God will bless you when you ask him in prayer for the help and I testify that he will bless you with knowledge and reading the scriptures can become a beautiful experience that brings you closer to Him. I have been blessed by finding out more about myself while reading the scriptures and changing my life. Show more Show less
