Hi I'm Linda

I am a wife, mother and grandmother of a great family. I am retired and now enjoying myself. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a very blessed person with a fun husband, four great childen and their wonderful spouses. They have blessed me with 11 grandchildren and more to come. I love to sew, decorate, shop and especially travel. I retired from the airlines and cherish the travel benefits it allows me. We have been blessed to be able to travel all over the world. I am always very mindful of the freedom we have here in the United States. I try not to take anything for granite. My oldest granddaughter is a special needs child and while she is a lot of work, she is sweet and teaches us to be patient. She has taught everyone in the family to be accepting of others.

Why I am a Mormon

I was introduced to the church by my future husband and he was worthy to baptized me after I took the missionary discussions. It just felt right and something I needed to fulfill in my life. I found it easy to live a great life with the guidelines and support of the church. They say "it takes a village to raise a child" and this is my village. The gospel and the member give me all the support I could ever want.

How I live my faith

I love serving others and learning about God's plan for us. Through serving others I also serve him since Christ is the best example to follow. It gives me a very rewarding feeling. I have served as a PTA president and have been active in the community. I have served in all the organizations of the church. I have taught and lead the children's organization, Sunday School, Youth women's, and the Women's organization and it has always felt good to serve. Not that it was always easy, but worth it.
