Hi I'm Kelly Andrews

I am passionate about life and people and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a new mother of a beautiful daughter of God. There is nothing more precious than taking care of her and having the privilege of loving her. I am currently a full time mom. Possibly going back to work part-time in the near future. I enjoy learning about nursing since I work as and LPN. I enjoy being social with my friends from church. I love trying new things all the time, whether it be trying new recipes, simple craft projects, gardening, pilates, new books, new places to travel. To sum it all up I am trying to experience as much of life and people as I possibly can.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because I know from living this religion the best I can it has brought me a greater happiness in my life. A greater sense of who I am and why I am here on this earth. It has helped me to know the path that I know will lead me back to where I came from. Which was with my Father in Heaven.

How I live my faith

I live it by sharing it and wanting others to experience the joy that comes from living the teachings of Jesus Christ. I help organize activities for the women in my church. We have classes about exercise, cooking, cleaning etc. Taught by amazing women. I also had the opportunity of teaching a class at my church on Sundays. Called Gospel Principles. It is for people who are learning about the church, who have recently been baptized, and for people who want to learn the basics of our religion. I love teaching because it stretches me. It also is an opportunity to share my experiences and in turn learn from the experiences of others in the class.

Who was Joseph Smith?

Kelly Andrews
He was a young boy searching for answers. He knew from reading the Bible that he could pray to God. And that he would get answers to his prayers. He lived in the 1800s at a time of Religious excitement. He prayed to know which church was the right church he should join, seeing how there were so many of them. After praying one spring morning, he received a vision and Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ visited him and told him he wasn't to join any of the churches. He was called to be the next prophet and to restore the Church Jesus Christ established when He was on the earth. To bring back all the truths once again to the earth for these last days.  Show more Show less
