Hi I'm Steve

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi There! I'm a husband, father, grandfather, brother, and son. I'm am a security consultant and the editor for an online security magazine. In my spare time, which seems to be precious little, I love to run. I've run many marathons and one triathlon. My wife, of 27 years, and I have a blended family of six children (3 boys and 3 girls) and 14 grandchildren. I am deeply in love with my charming wife and the doctrine of eternal marriage and eternal families is most important to me. I love to ride my motorcycle. In fact, that's my primary mode of transportation. I live in Southern California where I can ride year round, so unless I have passengers or need to haul cargo, I can be found riding my Star Bolt bobber.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon for one reason only and that is because I love my Savior Jesus Christ. I have learned, largely the hard way, that Jesus Christ's church truly exists on the earth today and it is called The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by making it the center of my life. I try to find and live the spiritual component to every aspect of my life. I'm far from perfect, but my intention every day is to live my life in harmony with the teachings of Jesus Christ.

What is the priesthood?

The priesthood is God's power given to man on earth for the purpose of serving and blessing the lives of others. It is the authority to administer in His church and the power to minister to His children in helping Him to bring about the salvation and eternal life of man. It is used to give healing blessings and to officiate in His saving ordinances. Show more Show less
