Hi I'm Janelle

I grew up near Philadelphia, PA and Michigan. I am a Health Fitness Specialist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have always loved playing sports and being outdoors. I play the French Horn and love it! I was able to tour Europe on an orchestra tour for 2 weeks. I love watching movies, listening to country music, and hanging out with friends and family. I was able to serve a mission for a year and a half in the Philippines which helped me grow to love the people, culture, and language. Now I work in Corporate Fitness as a Health Fitness Specialist which I love!!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up where there were few mormons or none in my school. It was tough but Christ helped me through. I have gone through many tough times in my life and without the gospel I don't know where I would be or what I would be doing right now. I am very proud and very happy on what I have accomplished in my life so far. The gospel brings so much joy into my life I can't even explain. God is there for us always and forever especially through the hard times.

How I live my faith

In church I help make a church directory, take pictures of new members that come in, send out e-mails about activities in the church, and make sure to get to know everyone. I am assigned to visit two women of our faith every month which brings joy into my life and theirs. We share gospel truths and enjoy eachothers' company.

Why is it important for us to take care of our bodies? Why are our bodies called temples of God in the Bible?

Our bodies are a gift from our Heavenly Father and it is important that we take care of them. When we take care of our bodies we are stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. We consider our bodies a temple because the Spirit of God can dwell within us. If we are not clean/pure the Spirit does not abide in us until we repent and come unto Christ. Show more Show less
