Hi I'm Wayne

I'm a Canadian, I'm a Chiropractor, I'm a father to five girls. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've spent most of my life living in Alberta, Canada, with the exception of 2 years serving as a missionary in England, and 4 years in Toronto while I trained to be a Chiropractor. I love living in a small town, I enjoy cycling, woodworking and camping. I'm always looking for projects to do around the house. I am married to a wonderful woman, and I have five young daughters.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm proud to have six preceding generations on both sides of my family who have been faithful members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, so I have many good examples to look up to, but I'm not a Mormon just because of my family history. One of the things I love most about this church is the emphasis on individual conversion. I was taught the doctrine and principles when I was young, but there came a point in my life where I had to decide for myself if this was something I wanted to continue - for me. I have searched out other religions to see what else they could offer, and I always came right back. No other church has the full understanding that we enjoy.

How I live my faith

My faith is a backdrop for everything I do in my life, from how I interact with my patients each day to the values I teach my children. Christ taught us how to treat other people with love and compassion and I strive to follow his example daily. As a family we read the scriptures and discuss how we can apply them in our lives.
