Hi I'm Brandon

I go to a ward for young single adults. I'm a lifelong Mormon.

About Me

I love writing, drawing, and listening to music. I am an avid collector, which even extends to my friendships, I believe that one can never have too many friends. I consider myself a geek, because I have devoted my life to learning as much as I can and gaining as much experience as I can. I love food and weather, I hope to one day have a band and a model railroad, and I love going to the singles ward. It's a ward where I get to be with people my own age - all single, mostly members, some investigators - and have fun and hopefully find my soul mate.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, and have grown up around people with amazing testimonies of the Gospel. I have learned and I know that the Gospel is true and that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the true church because it "just makes sense." I know we have a Heavenly Father who loves us, and I see the evidence of His existence in everything, from trees and grass to buildings, automobiles and computers. Even we, in our mortal state, are evidence of God's creations and His continuing love for us. I know that this church is true and has the fullness of the Gospel because I can see it in the faces of all of my friends who are members, and I hope that they can see the same in mine. It means everything to me to be what Heavenly Father and Jesus want me to be.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being the best friend that I can be, being charitable towards others, and being chivalrous to all around me. I am an assistant librarian in my ward, and I am trying to "magnify" this calling, or in other words, let my calling shape me into what I have the potential to become through serving the Lord, using the opportunity to share the Gospel through my calling, and , in this case, being a wise steward of the Lord's property. I see it as being important for all of us to be wise stewards of everything that the Lord has intrusted to us, and I try to do that in everything that I do.
