Hi I'm Kathy

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 5 and a grandmother of 2 very precious spirits! Our family joined the church when I was almost 8 years old. I do child care during the day and clean offices 3 nights a week. Currently I work with the Young Women in our church and love it beyond words.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because our Mother was brought into the church many years ago by an insightful person who realized we needed guidance and a compass for life's adventures. I have stayed Mormon because he was very correct about that. The gospel has been an anchor for me and my family during many difficult and trying times. The words to a tender song ring true to my heart "I know My Father Lives And Loves Me Too!" When ever difficult times occur, and they do for us all, I try to remember those precious words to help me know of my worth in the sight of our Heavenly Father and Brother, Jesus Christ. We have a merciful Father, who loves us beyond measure. He and His Son, our Elder Brother, have a divine plan to help us here on earth and have paved a way for us to come home to them other the other side of the veil. The gospel is true! It is a truth that I am grateful beyond words to know about. How could we go any where without it? We are all His children, and he loves each one of us, enough to give us trials to help define us into the best person we can possible be. He loves us enough to share His miracles with us daily. The gospel is for all of us! Pray for the knowledge for yourself! He will manifest it unto you too!!!

How I live my faith

Words to a song "I'm Trying To Be Like Jesus" help me try to live each day the best I can, and be the example Jesus has been to us. The gospel is not just for Sundays... It's a life choice and we have each day to try to do the best we can. If we make mistakes, we always have tomorrow to try again.
