Hi I'm Mailee

I love life and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have my bachelor's degree and I am currently working and living in my college town. I love to cook and read and to walk my dog. I still take Institute classes and I love continuing to learn about the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church. I grew up in a very devout home, where the gospel was lived daily. I have always known that the gospel is true. When I moved away to go to school it would have been very easy to stop living the gospel, but I knew that I needed what the Church gives and more importantly what my Savior and Heavenly Father have to offer through their church. Life is so full of unexpected events, some good and some bad, I find great comfort in knowing that my Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ are watching over me and that they given me the Holy Ghost to guide and comfort me and that through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints I can fulfill the plan that God has in store for me.

How I live my faith

I try to live each day as I know my Heavenly Father would want me to. I try to keep His spirit with me as I go about my regular activities. I currently attend a young single adult ward. I love being able to spend time with others my own age, who have the same beliefs and standards I do. I love the organization of Relief Society. It is a wonderful way for the women of the church to connect and make a difference in the lives of others. I love the opportunities it provides like visiting teaching and other ways to serve. I attend my church meetings, as well as take classes at my local Institute of Religion.
