Hi I'm Katrina

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My biggest responsibilities in life revolve around my husband and my baby boy. I enjoy caring for my family and being there to support them. I am teaching myself to cook and hope to be as good as my mother one day. I love to travel and to learn about new cultures, try new foods, and meet new people. I also enjoy reading, playing games, and playing with my son.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to parents who were members of the LDS church. Growing up, they taught me to live my life according to the teachings of Jesus Christ. When I reached the age of 8 years old, my parents asked if I want to be baptized. This was a surprising question because I always assumed I would be because that's what I knew to be right. Throughout my youth, I attended church meetings on Sunday and various other church activities throughout the week. My parents taught me to pray and to read the scriptures daily. It was through these actions that I was able to receive a testimony of my own about the truthfulness of the gospel. I have come to know of my Heavenly Father's love for me and know that he truly cares for my life and what is happening to me.

How I live my faith

My current and biggest church assignment is to raise my son in the gospel and to teach him about Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. I look forward to the time when my son is older and I can teach him the beautiful, basic doctrines of the gospel. My life's work revolves around teaching my son and future children about Jesus Christ and their role on the earth.
