Hi I'm Katrina

I've been blessed with a wonderful family. I enjoy being outdoors and learning new things. I know God loves us all. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to cook and bake! I'm in my college years, studying Culinary Arts and Home and Family. I hope to become a marriage therapist some day. I spend my summers in Nevada on a farm, driving semi-trucks and exploring the surrounding area (there's a lot more out there then you would imagine). I have a great Mother and Father, one older sister, one niece, and four younger brothers, all of which are amongst my favorite people in the world. I enjoy water and sitting outside under the sky as much as possible, enjoying Heavenly Fathers creations.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church. I've been taught stories and doctrine from the Book of Mormon and Bible my whole life. As I get older, I have the opportunity to delve into doctrine and discover more truth for myself. Truth has been taught by followers of Christ since the beginning of time. I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn more because this is how we can all find true happiness. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and wants me to return to Him someday. I know that the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and Church of Jesus Christ, have been restored to the Earth in our time so that we can travel through life on a lit path back to God. It's very possible to find joy now, and throughout the eternities. I know that Jesus Christ came to this Earth to suffer for our sins, so that we don't have to, if we keep the commandments and follow Christ's example. I'm grateful for Christ's teachings. They have made me everything that I am at this moment and will shape who I will become forever.

How I live my faith

I learn from the scriptures, modern prophets and apostles, and my own experiences to find out what is true. I know from experience, that if I follow the commandments, I will feel true joy and happiness. I make my way through life, stumbling and recognizing many weaknesses along the way. But I know that if I put my trust in my Father in Heaven, He will help me become the woman He wants me to be. I live my life knowing there is One who knows all things and loves me more than I could ever imagine. I love God. I love my Savior Jesus Christ. I try to live in a way that others will recognize that I believe in Christ.
