Hi I'm Janae

I'm a city girl married to a country boy, I'm a mother. I'm a woman learning to love the ordinary things in life and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a city of Arizona and God lead me to a Cowboy from the country. We couldn't be any different but our faith and love is what keeps us together. I have three very enthusiastic children who love to be rowdy (who doesn't right?). I love to Digiscrap, take photos of my lifes experience, discover new healthy recipes and create with my Mac. I am a mother who is learning more and more everyday to love my job as a mom. I am learning to create happiness no matter my circumstances, and find joy in the blessings God has blessed me with.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a mormon. through my teenage years I knew that the gospel was the way to live but it wasn't until I went on a mission and served the Lord and his children that my testimony became unwavering. This is when my testimony grew immensely. I saw lives being changed as people accepted the savior and his gospel into there lives. I felt the spirit of the Lord testify to my heart that the Book of Mormon is from God and that his Church is here upon the earth today with Prophets and Apostles as in olden times. Now as a wife and mother I feel the savior helping me be a better mother and wife. When life gets hard and I feel depressed the only way I get back up again is by turning to my Heavenly Father and trusting in the saviors sacrifice for me. I know that Heavenly Father loves us and wants so much to help us. If we will turn to him and ask he will heal our hearts and carry our sorrows.

How I live my faith

I live my faith each day by reading my scriptures and praying to my Heavenly Father. When I read my scriptures and pray I feel close to God and feel his guiding hand in my life. Having a close relationship with my Heavenly Father is what gives me the strength to be the mom I want to be for my children and the wife for my husband. I also live my faith by attending church each sunday and serving there. I visit woman each month in there homes and share a message about the gospel to help them build there testimonies. Mostly, I live my faith by keeping his commandments and striving to be the person God intended me to be.
