Hi I'm Ryan

I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

About Me

I'm a computer science major in college. I served a mission in Maryland. I enjoy cooking, videogames, books of fiction, and cartoons. My hope is to one day work for NASA in putting a man (or woman) on the surface of Mars.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to active members of the church and have remained active all my life. I have had times when I wondered why I follow the faith that I do. My answer is simple: I can feel the Spirit of the Lord whisper the truth of our faith in my heart and I know that the Lord can speak no lie. His Holy Spirit is a part of my life and he helps me to know that what the church teaches is true. I seek no other witness than that.

How I live my faith

I serve as a counciler in the Elder's Quorum in our branch. I seek to be a good example of a humble follower of Jesus Christ at all times and in all places.

Do Mormons practice polygamy?

Ryan
We did once but a prophet of the Lord recieved a revelation that we are not to practice polygamy at this time. Polygamy itself is not a bad thing but it is not legal to practice it in the church today. Show more Show less
