Hi I'm Carlie
I grew up in Southern California, I want to own a motor boat, and I'm a Mormon.
About Me
I'm a struggling college student. It turns out life on your own is difficult. But no matter what happens I can always rely on a good song and a challenging book to keep me on my feet. I'm the fourth of five girls and an aunt of two wonderful little boys! It is my firm belief that Disneyland is the happiest place on earth and big cities are the only place to find a good excuse for a theater.
Why I am a Mormon
This question has been the least challenging that I have faced as a member of the Mormon church. I am a Mormon because it's challenging, fun, rewarding, comforting and fascinating. There is no other part of my life that has ever come close to being as constant as this church has been. When I think about where I would be without the church I know the challenges I have faced would have destroyed me. The Mormon church is the church of God, his spirit dwells in our temples and blesses our daily lives. The truths of the gospel stay in our hearts and give hope and joy to a sometimes difficult existance.
How I live my faith
I try to pray and read my scriptures every day. I attend the temple once a week and participate in my ward as a service committee leader.
