Hi I'm Scott

I'm a missionary in Peru, I'm happy, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love sports (I played varsity volleyball and basketball), I was student body president of my high school, I just finished a year of college and I am serving a mission in Peru. I am happier than I have ever been in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

Yes, I was born into the church. My parents have always taught me how to live and whats right and wrong. But I'm not a Mormon because I am told to be. I am a Mormon by choice. I am a Mormon because it brings joy into my life. Nothing will bring you greater happiness than to come unto Christ and faithfully live by His commandments.

How I live my faith

Just before my mission, I had the opportunity every week to teach a sunday school class of 6 year olds. They are awesome! Even though I was the teacher, I think they taught more lessons to me. Now, I invite others to come unto Christ as a full time missionary in Peru. There is nothing greater than bringing others to find the happiness that I have found.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Scott
The Mormon church is either all true, or it is all false and it all revolves around a simple book. If the Book of Mormon is true, than Mormonism is true. It is a huge question that can change your life. Sure, I can always listen to other people's beliefs, but the only way for me to know of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon is to read it and then get on my knees. The only way for me to know for myself is to (1) prayerfully study the Book of Mormon. Then, (2) faithfully pray and ask God if it is true. He loves me and has told me that it is true. Ask Him for yourself. If you do both steps, with real intent and with faith, then you will recieve an answer. Show more Show less
