Hi I'm Heidi

I'm a mom to three, a nursing school graduate who chooses to be a stay-at-home mom, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have always dreamed of being a nurse, and I got my wish when I graduated from nursing school in April 2014. However, I have also always dreamed of being a mom. I got that wish in 2011, again in 2012, and most recently in March of 2014. After I graduated my husband and I decided that for now I need to be home with my three kids 3 and under, so now I am a full-time mom. It's exhausting mentally and physically, but I absolutely love it. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a "Mormon." My parents were born "Mormon," as were many of my grandparents and great-grandparents. I have been taught the doctrines of Christ since I was small. As a teenager I decided to pray and ask God if what I have been taught all my life is true, and I felt the answer "yes" in my heart. I continue to live what I was taught as a child because it is where I find my joy. I find joy in serving others, in fulfilling my divine role as a woman, and especially in sharing my knowledge of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving as a leader to the 9-year-old Bear Scouts in my ward. I also have been assigned a partner, and together her and I visit two other ladies in our neighborhood monthly. We enjoy getting together to talk about the gospel of Jesus Christ as well as what is going on in our daily lives.
