Hi I'm Julie

I'm a Mormon. I was lucky to grow up having God as a central part of our family life.

About Me

I am a stay at home mom. I taught first and second grade for four years. I enjoy being outdoors ie: swimming, hiking, RVing, quading, etc. I love spending time with family.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been Mormon all my life. I am grateful to my parents for raising me in a religion that teaches honesty, morality, and being a good person. I gained a stronger testimony of our church by going on a year and a half mission in Uruguay. I love my savior and can grow closer to him by being a part of His church.

How I live my faith

My family and I attend church every sunday. I love to go to church and learn. I also have many friends there who have the same beliefs as I do. There are classes on sunday for the children to go to and learn about God. I do volunteer work with the children at church. I help teach them the gospel and how to follow the commandments.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Julie
The missionaries will teach you abut the basic principles of the gospel. They give you the foundation so you can understand our church. If you have questions of your own, they would be glad to answer them. I was a missionary myself at one time. I loved teaching people about the church. We devote all our time to teaching interested people. If you're not interested, there are no strings attached. Just say no thanks.. Show more Show less

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Julie
If you are interested in what mormons are, you can have some missionaries come and teach you. The only way you will know if our church is true, is by praying to God sincerely, an asking him if this church is true. You need to reed the Book of Mormon and pray about it. God will give you an answer. Show more Show less
