Hi I'm Luke

I'm a musician,a sportsman and a Mormon

About Me

Hey! Well whats there to say? I work full time as an Account Manager in the building industry.... I love music- play guitar and try to sing! I also love sports and play Cricket in the summer months. My latest craze is travel! I have the bug and I'm always planning my next trip!

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the Church just a few years ago. I knew a family and was always so curious and jealous! of how amazingly happy and wonderful they always seemed to be. It was very obvious to me that they had a true love and respect for each other, and I knew thats what I wanted in my family! It was later on that I found out that they were members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I knew that by their example, that living the Gospel of Jesus Christ really does bring true happiness and strengthens the family! After I was baptised, over the course of the next year, my Mother, Father and Brother also joined the Church.

How I live my faith

The easiest way to live your faith is to serve others. By looking for opportunities to help others, rather than yourself, you will feel and be blessed in no other way!

What are Mormon Temples used for?

Luke
I love the Temple! The Temple is a place where we can perform sacred ordinances for ourselves and that of our deceased family members who may not have had the opportunity to perform for themselves during there mortal time. The Temple is a beautiful place where we can feel closest to Our Father in Heaven. In the Temple, we can leave all our outside worries at the door, and seek Gods help in any matter that we bring forth to him. The Temple is the pinnacle of being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and I am so blessed to have the Temple very close to where I live. Show more Show less
