Hi I'm Linda Ann

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have just begun dabbling in photography. I really enjoy it. But I am not all that good yet. I'm a wannabe photographer. I am a mother of 5 and grandmother of 2 with one more to join our family, we hope before the end of the year. Our daughter and son-in-law are adopting. My husband and I are empty nesters. Our children and grandchildren live in other states and we miss them. I love being a grandma! Playing with my grandchildren when they are here visiting or I am there, talking with them on the phone when they are not, getting photos and video messages of them are the highlights of my week. I love listening to my Grandson's message on my answering machine. He says Grandma, then together we say Yeah!

Why I am a Mormon

My parents joined the Mormon Church when I was 2 years old. I can't imagine my life without my faith. It is a part of who I am or at least who I am striving to be. It brings direction to my life and peace to my heart. I am so grateful to know that I have a Savior who paid for my sins so that I can repent and continue to strive to become more. I am grateful to know that He loves me that much.

How I live my faith

My faith is how I live. I try to make it a part of who I am. It is not like I am really all that different. I just try to be good and live as Christ would have me do. I believe my faith should show in the way I treat others. I'm not perfect, but I am working on it. One way I can show my faith in action is with the women I visit each month. I am blessed with love for them as I visit them regularly and strive to develop friendships. I have felt that friendship and love come back to me. It is a sweet thing, a joy. I remember one day visiting with one of these my friends. She told me something that made me sad and brought tears to my eyes. I went home that night and prayed fervently for her. Shortly thereafter things turned around. When she called to tell me the news, I told her I was dancing and I was.
