Hi I'm Pawloski

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband to a lovely wife and a father to three crazy kiddos. I recently completed bachelor degrees in Criminal Justice and Spanish. I have been employed over a year now. My work schedule is demanding at times, often keeping me from attending my Sunday meetings. However, I strive to maintain a close relationship with my Father in Heaven and His Son Jesus Christ, by reading the scriptures, praying, and looking for opportunties to give service. I enjoy sports, particularly football, working out, going to the movies, and eatting out.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was 19 years-old, I had an experience that changed my life. It came during a period of confusion and misdirection in my life. It open my eyes to the reality of God and my relationship with him. I realized with perfect clarity, that despite my imperfections I was special to God. I realized, that what my parents had been trying to teach me throughout my life was in fact true! From that night, to this day, my life has forever changed- for the better. I firmly believe we all can have that "light bulb" experience. It may come all at once, or a little at a time, but it will come. Truth lies just within our reach.

How I live my faith

I try to live my life in a way that I can feel worthy of God's Spirit. I strive to set an example at work, home, and anywhere I may be. I pray daily and ask for help because I know in order to be successful I need God's help.

Do Mormons worship Joseph Smith?

Negative! We believe that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God, just like Moses or Abraham. Now you might scratch your head and think, "like Moses?" Don't just take my word for it. We believe that you can know for yourself. A statement like that must either be true or false. I would invite everyone to test him at his word. Study a work translated by his own hands, The Book of Mormon Another Testament of Jesus Christ. In it you will find his testimony and the testimony of ancient prophets. Study their words, then ask God if they speak the truth. Pray is a vehicle to recieve personal revelation or direction. The beauty of this process is that we can receive revelation directly from God. If you follow these steps: desire to know, study it, and ask God-He will reveal the truthfulness of this message to. You will feel it in your mind and your heart. It will feel like a soft breeze, a peaceful feeling, a light bulb going off, whatever it may take. Then you will know for your self. Show more Show less
