Hi I'm Chip,

I am a disciple of Jesus Christ and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My greatest role in life is that of Husband and Father. I am married to the most wonderful woman in the world and we have two sons. I work in the hearing industry and absolutely love being able to help people to hear better. I am an active leader in the Boy Scouts of America where my primary responsibility is training other adult leaders in their scouting positions. I am a Freemason.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because of the example of my wife. Long ago, when we dated in high school, she was such a great example to me. She lived her beliefs, was faithful to the standards of the gospel, and not afraid to talk about it. I had friends, and teachers who were members of the Church, too. Knowing Church members made it easy for me to feel comfortable when I was introduced to the Gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith primarily through service to others. Seek for opportunities on a daily basis to render kind acts of service. Sometimes for people I know; sometimes for a complete stranger. Whether opening a door for a child, carrying groceries for an elderly person, returning a shopping cart for someone, or just remembering to smile and say thank you to a clerk or waitress; I believe that we demonstrate that we are disciples of Christ through our actions.
